Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the order is received.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted or sale items.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service via email at wakaigo@e-metrox.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our team.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
